Exotic Elegance

Air-conditioned, with sauna, spacious, superbly furnished and equipped to the highest standard four room apartment with excellent location – a few minutes walk from Old Town.

The idea behind the architects was to transform the corridor of this apartment into a path leading towards ornately decorated doors, creating the atmosphere of a secret passage into the unknown. The dark elegance of the hall was enhanced by the unusual floor design - its pattern was a successful experiment that brought to life the long-forgotten style of country garden paths, in which pieces of wood are tightly arranged not horizontally, but vertically, revealing a network of contrasting oak grains. The "living" mosaic ends at the end of the corridor, where it flows smoothly into a dark floor made of exotic wood.

The main highlight of living room is an unusual wallpaper with floral motifs against the background of which a soft, mustard-colored velour sofa contrasts. The wallpaper from above is illuminated with a soft light, creating a truly warm atmosphere throughout the room. The wall on the other side of the room is made of brick. Classy set of golden decorations and exotic flooring complement the picture of Exotic Elegance living room.
Luxurious wallpaper with a tropical jungle theme on the main wall is refers to the interior design in the living room. In the center there is a large velour bed which creates a cozy atmosphere. Behind the bed, we have created a beautiful hideout we call ‘window in the window’ effect. Large wooden frame encapsulates window frame creating a bench divided by a little coffee table.
One of smaller bedroom welcomes you with gigantic, hand-made-to order ceramic wall design reflecting 3 dimensional, wall climbing tree branches. Lit-up at the bottom, the bed creates the effect of floating over the floor.

The bathroom has a toilet, a bidet and a large stand-up shower and thus has all it needs to be comfortable. Excellent design of large-format, dark-gray and light tiles with a marble-like surface, against which golden elements and a large illuminated mirror look amazing. Attached to the bathroom is a transparent door leading to the sauna which has a stereo system, providing our guests with relaxation to the sounds of music. Underfloor heating system will make using the bathroom on winter evenings even more pleasant.

When arranging the functionality of the apartment, in case of as many as three bedrooms, we obviously predicted the need for more than one bathroom. The second bathroom has a stand-up shower, a toilet and a washing basin.
