Warm, cozy, welcoming & Well appointed. - For a one week stay over Christmas, we were delighted to discover a small decorated tree in the flat. It was a lovely setting for our only Christmas away from home. - The host did a grand job of seeking nearby restaurants which were open on the Christmas holidays. - The size of the flat was big enough for five adults. We were comfortable also with the size of the refrigerator, dining room table and living room/TV area. With two toilets and two showers we had no problems Whatsoever. - The Location was excellent: walking distance to the main Square, train station and shopping center, local outdoor market, as well as Kazimierz. - The communication with the host was easy, efficient& quick. They got the details right. - dishes, cutlery, glasses, coffee, cups and mugs, etc. Pots and pans and plenty of kitchen utensils - Nice surprises in the kitchen: Espresso coffee grains for the coffee maker. & teabags , sugar. - tablets f6dishwasher & laundry soap!. Salt, pepper, kitchen towels. No need to buy any supplies! - Enough towels & A house cleaning visit announced well in advance, - Both entry doors were keyed. This meant all guests could come and go at will. - We had no complaints, and no questions as everything was as it should be and self-explanatory. However, when we had one problem it was quickly taken care of.

Używałem airbnb już wielokrotnie ale nigdy nie pisałem recenzji mieszkań, tym razem postanowiłem to zmienić, Mieszkanie wygląda nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach, jest czysto, schludnie i ogólnie bardzo oryginalnie. Opis na stronie zgadza się z rzeczywistością, a i dodatkowo są środki czystości, jak proszek do prania, także nie trzeba kupować go specjalnie na kilka prań. Kontakt z Panią Anna zasługuje na szczególne uznanie, wydaje się, że poświęca szczególną uwagę, żeby wynajmującym niczego nie brakowało, byli poinformowani o wszystkim - zameldowaniu się, wymeldowaniu, obsłudze elektroniki i gadżetów mieszkania, gdyby ktoś tego potrzebował. Lokalizacja jest dobra, dość blisko centrum (dosłownie 5-10 minut spacerem) ale jednak cicho i spokojnie, nic nie przeszkadza w odpoczynku i relaksie. Zdecydowanie warto się tu zatrzymać.

Lovely stay with all the things we need. My family and I enjoy the stay very much. 5 mins walking distance to tram and train station. Comfortable with decent facilities, very welcoming and quick response from the staff. Definitely recommended to others!

I must say that this accommodation was definitely the best we have ever stayed in. Absolutely nothing was missing. Even though we arrived later than agreed, we received a warm welcome from Katarzyna who was extremely pleasant and gave us a huge number of tips on what to see in Krakow. It was perfect!

Top notch! Really nice place that looks just as good as the pictures. The hot tub was even better than we thought it would be and the hosts were so helpful. They even posted some forgotten items back to the UK for us. Was greeted upon arrival by Katarzyna who was lovely and helped us by suggesting some good restaurants and things to do nearby. Lots of cheap parking nearby and just a few mins from the old town centre. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit to Poland, and I arrived at 2 AM due to a flight delay. Despite the late hour, the manager, Miss Katarzyna, greeted us warmly with a smile and enthusiasm. She took the time to give us a tour of the flat, explaining everything in detail. She also pointed out the nearest restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions in the area. The flat itself was incredibly beautiful, clean, well-organized, and conveniently located near the old town. I'm truly grateful to Miss Katarzyna for creating an unforgettable first impression of Poland. I wholeheartedly recommend the flat and its management, deserving of a five-star rating.

Great stay, we recommend to stay there! The flat is very stylish and clean. It is well located and secured, few minutes walk from the old town. We unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the sauna, but the flat has everything you need. On top, Kasia was super helpful and professional. She prepared a detailed check in, shared some tips (restaurants / what to see) on the map, and she even helped us to buy tickets for Auschwitz in advance. Many thanks to you!

I Love Krakow This property is fab. The decorations/renovations are top notch. This is a great base to explore Krakow from, close to everything you need to be. The hosts were really helpful and going out of their way to make sure we were happy. The sauna is a great little addition to top of a relaxing end to the day. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend it! I liked the hot tub and how the apartment was decorated. The staff was very helpful and professional. Very close to the Old Town, Galeria Krakowska and Railway Station.

Unit is very clean and spacious. Very comfortable furnishings and kitchen area has all you need. Location is nicely situated between Old Towne and the Jewish Quarters. We were always able to find off street parking for our rental. Highly recommend, we will stay here again.

Przepiękny wystrój, każde pomieszczenie dopieszczone w 100%. Unikatowe rzeczy, których nie spotka się w żadnym innym hotelu czy apartamencie. Cały apartament był bardzo czysty, a lokalizacja bardzo dobra- 10min spacerem na starówkę. Pani, która przyjmuje gości przesympatyczna, chętnie opowie o okolicy i o restauracjach wartych polecenia - rzadko się już to spotyka i było to bardzo miłe zaskoczenie. Będziemy wracać!
